The Opéra-Comique Academy joins forces with The Juilliard School
The Opéra-Comique, The Juilliard School and Villa Albertine are launching a Franco-American partnership for educational and cultural exchange. First step: joint concerts in Paris on May 5th and in New York on May 14th.

American Artists at the Opéra-Comique
In 2026 the United States will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signature of the Declaration of Independence. At the Opéra-Comique, we are thrilled to have many American artists joining as as singers, directors and artistic directors throughout the season 2025-2026.

Join us for a Concert with the wonderful soprano Julie Roset (who recently sang the role sof Charlotte in Werther and Zémire in Zémire et Azor at the Opéra-Comique). Young artists from the Académie de l'Opéra-Comique and the Juilliard School will perform a French and American repertoire in the first half of the program.

Support such unique programs as the newly formed Academie for young professionals, the Maitrise Populaire of the Opéra-Comque, an academic and performing arts school for children between the ages of 8 and 24, and Relax sessions, a program allowing access to performances to a public with or physical or psychological disabilities including Autism and Alzheimer’s.

Donations to the American Friends of the Opéra-Comique can be made through the Friends of the Foundation of France, a section 501(c)(3) non profit charitable organization. The fee paid gives the donor the same rights as those patrons who pay the fee in Europe in Euros. In addition, the American Friends will have access to dedicated events in New York and soon elsewhere in the US.
