Les Fêtes d'Hébé in pictures

An emblematic figure of the Opéra-Comique since the revelation of Atys in 1987, directed by Jean-Marie Villégier, William Christie is back with Les Arts Florissants to celebrate his 80th birthday. Robert Carsen, by transposing the work into a familiar contemporary world of pleasure and entertainment, celebrates with Christie the eternal capacity of the arts to regenerate love and stimulate youth.
