Trained at the Conservatoire Supérieur d'Art Dramatique in the classes of Robert Manuel and Claude Régy, Hélène Alexandridis has also worked with Roger Planchon, Jacques Lassalle, Jean-Pierre Vincent, Alain Françon, Joël Jouanneau, Jean-Michel Rabeux, Marc Paquien, Claudia Stavisky, Jeanne Herry, and Stanislas Nordey. In 2004, she received the Critics' Award for Lagarce's Derniers remords avant l'oubli and Stanislas Witkiewicz's La Mère. She played Madame de Sade in Yukio Mishima's play of the same name, for which she was nominated for a Molière Award in 2009. She attracted attention in Barillet and Gredy's play L'Or et la Paille, directed by Jeanne Herry. She appeared in Genet's Les Bonnes, directed by Jacques Vincey, with whom she worked again in Yvonne, princesse de Bourgogne and Quartett. She has just completed a tour of L'Hôtel du Libre-Échange, directed by Stanislas Nordey. On the big screen, she has appeared in Alain Cavalier's Thérèse, Pascale Ferran's Lady Chatterley, Valérie Lemercier's 100% Cachemire, Katell Quillévéré's Suzanne, Jeanne Herry's Elle l'adore, and Michel Gondry's Microbe et Gasoil. She has recently been directed by Stanley Woodward, Quentin Dupieux, and Martin Provost. Her role in De Gaulle et le Chancelier, directed by Kai Wessel, earned her the Best Actress award at the 2025 Monte Carlo Television Festival. Nuit sans Aube is her first production at the Opéra-Comique.
