Originally from Saint-Étienne, Gaspard Gauthier discovered lighting design while training as a stage technician. More than just a job, he discovered a language and a means of artistic expression. He trained at ENSATT in Lyon, graduating in July 2016, and moved to Paris. He is now a lighting designer for the theater and works with directors such as A. Navidi, M. Mane, D. Léocadie, C. Ghattas, and M. Vayssettes. In addition to his work as a designer, he works as an assistant lighting designer for opera and theater with L. Castaingt. He also offers his services as a designer in the world of fashion and luxury events and more broadly for all areas of the performing arts.
