Macbeth Underworld in pictures

Evil incarnate, the Shakespearian couple lures us into the darkest corners of the human soul. Pascal Dusapin, one of our great contemporary opera authors, composed the score on a text by Frédéric Boyer, itself based on the original theatre play.

Thomas Jolly invents an outer-world scenic space and Franck Ollu, fine connoisseur of Pascal Dusapin’s work, unfolds his acoustic universe.
