The Culture Pass, currently tested among 10,000 18-year-old people, is a mobile application, an innovation in the world of cultural devices. To encourage the curiosity of its users, it offers various cultural experiences uploaded by the actors of the sector.

Since the spring of 2018 the Opéra Comique has been committed to a policy of collaborative development initiated by the Ministry of Culture and has been taking part in the different phases of experimentation. Last July the Opéra Comique offered some testers free experiences, such as attending a production from the orchestra pit, a guided tour backstage before the performance, attending a rehearsal session or taking a singing lesson prior to the performance.

This is now the second phase of experimentation: the testers’ culture passes are credited with € 500 each!

In this context, the Opéra Comique offers three experiences aimed at prompting testers to come to the theater. For the production Le Postillon de Lonjumeau, staged by Michel Fau, young participants will be able to stroll behind the scenes prior to the performance, have a try in an operatic singing workshop before the performance or enjoy a prestigious evening with a package including a ticket to an opera, the production brochure, a drink and a special surprise.
