Take a look at the production conducted by Speranza Scappucci and directed by Evgeny Titov, featuring Sabine Devieilhe (Lucie Ashton), Étienne Dupuis (Henri Ashton), Léo Vermot-Desroches (Edgard Ravenswood) and Edwin Crossley-Mercer (Raymond Bidebent), alongside the Insula orchestra and the accentus choir.

In Lucie de Lammermoor, Donizetti places at the heart of the drama a young woman crushed by her family’s ambition and the clan rivalries of a ruthless Scotland. Betrothed to a political marriage, separated by the deceit of the man she loves, Lucie has only the voice of her soul to sustain her, until she descends into a murderous and fatal madness.
A drama of domination, sacrifice and silenced voices, carried by the art of bel canto.
