Make sure your kids’ first visit of the Opéra Comique is an experience of a life time. Come and discover what has been especially prepared for them: paper chase, workshops focused on theatre professions, costumes, maquillage… A playful and musical bonding moment for young and old!

  • Free admission (certain activities require prior reservation)
  • Strollers and scooters can be left at the cloakroom
  • A diaper changing space is available at the women’s and men’s toilets on ground floor
  • As no drink will be available in the theater, you’re advised to bring a bottle of water
  • Activities will take place on three floors with plenty of stairway climbing

Theater doors are open from 10 am to 6 pm

  • Grand jeu: by the battlements of Sevilla

After a long journey from Paris to Sevilla in the early nineteenth century, you arrive at last in the square of the Andalusian city. The lieutenant of the dragoons of Alcala, Señor Zuniga, is looking forward to guiding you through the city. But beware as Andalusians are said to have a fiery temper.

The productions of Mon Premier Festival are mainly grand stories and myths that inspired artists. Discover with your children what lies behind the operas and works they inspired, from paintings to films, music and dance. An enriching experience with expression games and songs.

Discover the make-up artists of the Opéra Comique at work. Leave your children in the make-up room and find them transformed.

  • Costumes workshop

Discover the dressers and seamstresses of the Opéra Comique at work with your children. Put on the costumes of the emblematic characters of the Opéra Comique repertoire and leave with a small souvenir!
